Capital Media Enterprise uses the computer television scripting program "Final Draft AV." When a production script is approved by the client, the script becomes our contract. Capital Media Enterprise guarantees to deliver the video exactly as scripted. Rescripting after delivery creates a new production script contract.

A "day" will be however long the client (producer) will work within an eighteen hour period.

CME Inc. puts costs and production
control in the hands of the client.
 

Customers will receive detailed cost proposals in advance if special equipment, talent, music, or graphics animation is required.
